What I'm building right now
CreatorPlace
CreatorPlace is infrastructure for creator campaigns: the brand posts a brief, AI matches the creators, the creator delivers, the payout settles. No retainers, no endless WhatsApp threads.
My role
I build the system: brand–creator matching, campaign operations, payouts, and Nova, the assistant that puts a campaign together through conversation.
Other systems
Products and automations I built end to end.
Visiora
How I work
Start. Analyze. Iterate.
Start
I'd rather have something working badly than a perfect document. The first version exists to teach me something, not to last.
Analyze
I look at what actually happened: where people get stuck, and what breaks when you go from 20 creators to 2,000. Operations beat meetings.
Iterate
Every pass removes friction. A simple flow that scales is worth more than a beautiful screen that does not close payments.
